FPF pricing is based on three factors:

Labor & Employment advice, which includes:
unlimited telephone and email advice
assistance with routine employment forms and contracts (such as job descriptions, employment contracts, settlement agreements)
Business advice, which includes:
unlimited telephone and email advice
advice on corporate governance and corporate matters (such as fiduciary duties, updates of corporate documents, advice on unrelated business income tax and related tax matters)
advice on contract and grant administration

unlimited telephone and email advice

Level of service:
Maintenance level: For assistance with routine compliance and operational issues.
Crisis management level: For assistance with emergencies, such as death/accident onsite or death of an employee; time-sensitive matters (e.g., urgent contract deadlines); PR/reputational crises; long-term issues requiring significant number of hours to resolve.
