OFCCP Shares COVID-19 Accommodation Strategies for Federal Contractors

For federal contractors in need of COVID-19 accommodation strategies, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) shares two references:

• the Job Accommodation Network (JAN), which provides general strategies on accommodations for disabled employees, and
• the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN), an educational resource for employers seeking to recruit, hire, retain and advance qualified employees with disabilities.

JAN and EARN are both funded by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy.
