OFCCP Offers Feb. 1 Webinar on How to Use Its New Contractor Portal

Federal contractors are required to take affirmative action to provide equal employment opportunity. Covered federal contractors and subcontractors must certify annually whether they have developed and maintained an Affirmative Action Program (AAP) for each establishment and/or functional unit. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has developed a Contractor Portal for the certification process, which is to be completed between March 30 and June 30 on its new Contractor Portal. The agency invites contractors to attend a free information webinar on February 1, 9-10am (HST) to learn more about the portal. The webinar will cover:

• The mission of OFCCP
• Overview of the Contractor Portal
• Demonstration of how your company can register and update records on the platform
• Q&A
