OFCCP Contractor AAP Portal to Open in 2022

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced its new Contractor Portal, which covered federal contractors and subcontractors will be required to use to certify annually whether they have developed and maintained an affirmative action program for each establishment and/or functional unit. Scheduled contractors will also use the portal to submit AAPs during compliance evaluations. The portal will roll out as follows:

• Feb. 1, 2022: Registration opens. Contractors may begin registering for access. Covered contractor will receive an email invitation to register.
• March 31, 2022: Certification period begins. Contractors may begin utilizing the certification feature for AAP compliance.
• June 30, 2022: Certification period ends. Contractors must certify by this date whether they have developed and maintained an AAP for each establishment/unit.
