The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has amended its FY2020 Supply & Service Scheduling List to more strategically allocate agency resources. On March 2, 2021, the OFCCP amended its previously published list by removing all establishments that had been selected to receive focused reviews and compliance checks. Evaluations that will proceed include establishment-based compliance reviews, Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation (CMCE) reviews, Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) reviews, and university reviews.
