The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will be reinstating the Monthly Employment Utilization Report (CC-257)for covered federal contractors. The CC-257 report requires businesses with a federal construction contract, subcontract and/or federally assisted construction contract in excess of $10,000 to provide information on employee work hours and employee counts by race/ethnicity, gender, and trade. Each report must cover a full calendar month and is due by the 15th of the following month. The first report will cover the calendar month of March 2025 and will be due by April 15, 2025.
The report will be used by OFCCP in its mission to protect industry workers from employment discrimination. Contractors can also use the report to proactively monitor their equal employment opportunity efforts. OFCCP will offer webinars on the reporting requirement in early 2025.
