The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Contractor Portal Help Desk is open to provide technical assistance to federal contractors and subcontractors regarding their certification of Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) compliance. While the OFCCP has not extended the June 30 deadline for certifying compliance, it will consider those contractors that requested assistance on or before June 30 but have not yet completed registration or certification because of a pending request for assistance, to have met the deadline.
Contractors that have not yet registered or certified whether or not they are in compliance should do so as soon as possible. They will be more likely to appear on the OFCCP’s scheduling list, as well as those who have certified that they have not developed or maintained an AAP. Contractors that have not certified compliance by Sept. 1, 2022, will be included on a list provided to federal agency contracting officers. See the OFCCP site for more information on the Contractor Portal.
