Federal Government Contract Solicitations and Awards Must Reflect New Vaccination Requirements

Federal government contract solicitations and awards must include a clause reflecting new vaccination requirements, as follows:

• Solicitations issued on or after October 15, 2021
• Extended or renewed contracts awarded on or after October 15, 2021
• Options on existing contracts and orders exercised on or after October 15, 2021
• New contracts issued on or after November 14, 2021

The clause states that contractors shall comply with all guidance, including guidance conveyed through Frequently Asked Questions as amended during the performance of the contract, published by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force at https://www.saferfederalworkforce.gov/contractors/
