EEOC Virtual Training on Employer Defenses Under the ADA, May 29

The Los Angeles District Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will offer a virtual training session on “Tackling Employer Defenses Under the ADA: Undue Hardship and Direct Threat,” May 29, 7-9:10 am HST. The workshop will focus on:

• What is undue hardship?
• What does an employer need to consider when setting forth that defense?
• What is a direct threat defense?
• What factors are employers required to consider?
