The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently unveiled a mandatory policy on non-retaliation for disclosure of compensation information, applicable to federal contractors and subcontractors who enter into or modify existing contracts on or after January 11, 2016, that exceed $10,000 in value; see our related post here. The language for the required Non-Retaliation Policy has been released.
