“Reasonable accommodation” is the process mandated by federal and state law for certain protected classifications of job applicants and employees. In a recent webinar, Anna Elento-Sneed discussed the interactive reasonable accommodation process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as the process for other protected categories, including pregnancy, religion, and victims of domestic violence or sexual abuse.
