On March 27, 2017, President Trump signed a resolution permanently blocking Executive Order 13673, the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Rule. Also known as the “blacklisting” rule, the order required that bidders for federal contracts worth more than $500,000 disclose violations or alleged violations of labor laws made within the last three years.
