With spring and summer on the way, the enforcement horizon for the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) is likely to include continued focus on its National Emphasis Programs (NEPs) for indoor and outdoor heat-related hazards. ES&A President Anna Elento-Sneed will be among the panelists discussing this in “OSHA Enforcement Regulations,” a webinar presented by the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) on March 20, 2024, 10-11am HST. Discussion topics also include the proposal for changes to OSHA’s walkaround rule, as well as how the Supreme Court may rule regarding the Chevron doctrine.
As the sole Hawaii member of the ELA, ES&A invites you to attend this free webinar. For more details and to register, see the complete program announcement here.
