The Hawaii Occupational Safety & Health (HIOSH) agency will offer free recordkeeping workshops on federal OSHA forms. Learn who is required to maintain OSHA Forms 300, 301 and 300A; when an injury or illness becomes recordable; what is required by the Recordkeeping Standard update that took effect January 1st; and what the consequences of non-compliance are. The free, 3-hour workshop will be held 8:30-11:30am at the HIOSH Training Room, 830 Punchbowl Street, Room 427; choose one of the following dates:
