The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced that the 2022 EEO-1 data collection will begin in Fall 2023. The Employment Information Report (EEO-1) is a mandatory annual data collection that must be filed with the EEOC by employers with at least 100 employees and by federal contractors who have at least 50 employees.
