The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Los Angeles District will present a free webinar on the Pregnant Worker Fairness Act (PWFA) on June 22, 7-9am HST. PWFA, the new law which goes into effect June 27, 2023, will require covered employers to provide reasonable accommodations to a worker’s known limitations related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, unless the accommodation will create an undue hardship for the employer.
