Janelle has more than 25 years of experience in the labor and employment fields. She assists ES&A attorneys and clients by:

  • Establishing human resource systems
  • Preparing affirmative action programs, drug-free workplace policies, Department of Defense,Drug-free Workplace Policies and other required documents and policies for government contractors
  • Reviewing employment policies, practices and forms to ensure consistency and compliance with county, state and federal regulations, as well as company practices
  • Preparing job descriptions for clients in various industries
  • Conducting compensation analysis
  • Conducting research on various labor/employment and federal contracting issues
  • Assisting with Department of Labor audits
  • Assisting in labor relations and collective bargaining analysis
  • Contributing to the development of strategic plans
  • Conducting interviews for investigations and litigation cases
  • Managing litigation cases; preparing litigation documents under the supervision of an attorney
  • Assisting with company reorganizations
  • Providing supervisor and manager training
