Kim represents and defends employers against claims of:

In addition to employment law, Kimberly’s litigation experience includes mass tort, eminent domain, personal injury and insurance defense, multi-million dollar commercial litigation, and professional malpractice defense. Her work experience ranges from federal court to private practice, in both Hawaii and California, to the office of Senator Spark Matsunaga.

Kim is an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA), most recently appointed to serve on the ABA Coalition on Racial and Ethnic Justice. Her civic involvement includes extensive volunteer work providing support and education for Marine Corps families. In 2005, she was awarded the Marine Corps Commanding Officer’s Certificate of Commendation, a recognition awarded to civilian volunteers only under extraordinary circumstances.
